Bidizi is NOT the seller; bid/proposal goes to the indicated entity. - `bidizi_real_estate`: mediated by Bidizi team under AMI 28351 license. Bidizi handles visits, proposals, negotiation through to closing. - `post_auction_opportunity`: aggregated, in negotiation window after auction close without award. Proposal directly to responsible entity. - `bank_property`: REO from Portuguese banks (CGD, Novo Banco, Santander, Millennium, BCP, Bankinter).
